These ppl on TV got those positions by having some merit in the industry that they came from. Being in the public eye, dealing with celebrity and PR are very relevant issues. You can see the relative struggles in this regard for Kash Patel, who like others was wronged by the establishment & was likely hired due to this on Rd 2 the redemption term.

I mean tribal characteristics. Hiring ppl bc you think that they will be loyal and have merit through experience, prestige, and legacy is not a new concept and is superior to hiring a person solely off of if they have a dick and who they sleep with and what race they are.
