I booked a @TravelodgeUK room for the past weekend. I used their choose your room for the first time. I go and check in and find out my room had been given away as they'd taken my reservation off it. I have been refunded but shan't be using that service again,waste of time

Both my wife and I were left with nothing @TravelodgeUK couldn’t even offer us a toothbrush. Totally unacceptable. To be fair the manager has been reasonable but @TravelodgeUK say they will be in touch within 3-5 working days. I shouldnt have to be sorting. Poor customer service.

@TravelodgeUK had my bag stolen from the London central elephant & castle on the 28/12/25. Still waiting for a response from @TravelodgeUK as to what they are going to do about it. Poor customer service. No one has contacted myself regarding this matter. It’s been near 3 weeks.

@TravelodgeUK Booked into your Llandudno hotel in a couple of weeks. Will have a dog with us. Obviously we know it says that dogs cannot be left alone in rooms, do you know if we would be allowed to buy food from on site restaurant to eat in room instead?

Checked in to @TravelodgeUK Ilminster this afternoon, walked into my room to the smell of what seemed like curry! After an hour I realised I’d got to finish the cleaning off for them. Been there a bit I’d say! It was stuck to the wall!

@TravelodgeUK recently stayed in the tavelodge wadebridge cornwall and left my blankets there arranged a courier and paid for it very helpful staff linda same age as myself unfortunately different staff when courier arrived told my blankets were not there and the courier left
