@AudiUK Having looked at a response from Agnews Belfast if just compounds the sense of frustration that the facts and chronology of events is being totally ignored.

After the ordeal my daughter has gone through with Audi @agnewGroup in Belfast I’d have to advise anyone to think long and hard before going to them for anything. Absolutely shocking service. @AudiUK this is a poor reflection on what is supposed to be a big brand.
