Horrified to find my 2013 W212 E-Class has a dangerously rusted, crumbling subframe. A loyal customer of 22 years left stranded, while @MercedesBenz_IE and @MercedesBenz "decide" if they'll cover this long known manufacturing defect. Absolute disgrace.

@MercedesBenz how can you possibly sell a new car without a functioning AC? This car was bought just 3 months ago. After much back & forth, the car was taken to your dealership & told a compressor has to be flown in from Germany. Fast forward 1 week. The compressor was fitted but the system has to be flushed but the part needed to flush it is not in any of the warehouses in Europe!!! You couldn’t have made this up! Car is still at the garage and no courtesy car provided! What sort of company have you become? Don’t you quality check your new cars before sending to customers?

@MercedesBenzUK @MercedesBenz this EQC looks like a great car, but every 5yrs the motor fails due to a poorly manufactured seal and I am told Mercedes will not repair the car, even though it’s a lifetime part of a 5yr old car that has failed? User error? Nope. Now my problem! 💰
