@MercedesBenz Luxembourg : hollerich this dealer ship practices high-pressure sales tactics + blatant overcharging for labor. 1,5 hour to change a windshield wiper ! And 2 hours to change a tire pressure sensor, Scandal is known but they don’t care ! Disgusting ! #MercedesBenz

@MercedesBenz @MercedesBenz_ES CLA 250 (2021, 79k km). Paid €440 for spark plugs (no fix). Now quoted €5200 for cylinder head. No fault codes, no diagnostics, no response to multiple emails. Car unusable. Paying for rentals. This is not premium service.

hey @MercedesBenz - I am a happy owner of a S350 from 2022 - nearly full option. My contracts arrives at the end mid 2026 I live in france, so the option to renew with the same one is too costly due to taxes. (malus) I am exploring the S450 hybrid. One question : can the large front screen be turned off from time to time (when travelling at night it brings too much light). Or can the passenger (my wife...) turn her screen on temporarily while the central screen remains turned off. I manage music from my phone, Apple Music + with the heads up display I do not need to see navigation on the central screen.

Horrifying experience with my @MercedesBenz EQS580. Last week, I was driving on GA 400 in Atlanta at 65 mph. All of a sudden, I hear a loud bang, and then, I couldn't see!! The hood had come unlatched and crashed onto my windshield. ZERO WARNING!
