Becareful people when buying a car from @evanshalshawuk then they direct u to @MercedesBenz and for 6 months between them they mess u about and your still at square 1 and the problem remains bad paintwork by Mercedes and they fob u off

So, the RV had an appointment at Mercedes in Virginia Beach for a state inspection, a new auxiliary battery and a transmission service on Monday. This should not take more than a day. My service member texted me saying they may need it an extra day. Ok, no problem. But then...
I texted yesterday morning asking for an update. Nothing. Then I called and left a message around 1:00 pm. NO ONE called me back. They're non-responsive. WTF. This is the morning of the 3rd day. I'm 2 hours away so popping in to see what's going on is not really viable. @MercedesBenz why is your service department ducking me? What's going on with my Sprinter 3500 chassis of my Leisure Travel Van? I have to get to the Starship launch. Call me back.

Very disappointed with the overall after-sales experience from Mercedes-Benz and Silver Arrows.
I went through months of mental stress due to repeated workshop visits, misleading diagnosis, and an extremely high repair quotation for issues that were apparently not even present in the car. Instead of proper troubleshooting, I was being pushed toward expensive repairs while being kept completely in the dark.
Thankfully, by God’s grace, I connected with an ex-Mercedes service advisor who correctly diagnosed the actual fault and resolved the issue at a very minor cost. This clearly raised serious concerns about the transparency and ethics of the dealership’s service process.
What is even more disappointing is that despite escalating the matter, no meaningful support or accountability was seen from Mercedes-Benz, which gives customers the feeling that dealerships are being protected rather than customers being heard.
Premium cars deserve premium honesty, transparency, and customer support — not fear-driven repair estimates and unnecessary financial pressure.

Very disappointed with Mercedes-Benz and the after-sales support experience. In the last 4 months, my car has visited the workshop 8 times, huge amounts have been spent on parts, and the same errors are still coming back. Extremely poor handling by Berkley Motors @MercedesBenz

One of the disadvantages of running an older car as your daily driver: I spent over an hour "broken down" on I95 yesterday, barely 3 miles from home. One moment I was cruising at 70mph, the next I had nothing.
I figured it had to be fuel related, but I had only just hit reserve. Could see nothing obvious under the hood. Got my stepson to bring me a can of fuel...and it started right away. The fuel level sender unit in the tank has obviously deteriorated over time. Looked up the part: discontinued.
@MercedesBenz it's your job to make sure we have spare parts. You devalue the brand if you don't. You already produce cheap plastic filled replicas and live off the glory of the cars you produced from the 50s to the 90s. Don't allow the legend to die by being cheap.
