Anderson bowling over 1200 overs after turning 37 is beyond science. When almost 99% of fast bowlers call it a day at that age. He even turned up in County, Vitality blast this year and for Manchester originals yesterday. Whenever I lack inspiration, I look up to his work ethics

BEN STOKES ABOUT OVER-RATES: "You can't have the same rules in Asia, where a spinner is bowling 70% of the overs - to have the same laws in NZ, AUS, ENG - where it's going to be 70-80% seam because the spinner's over takes less time than the seamer's over so common sense would think that you should look at maybe changing how the over-rates are timed in different continents".
