.Update. We did our final walk through today and house is in great shape. Then we ran to Henderson and signed our closing docs and then went to our bank to wire our closing funds. I felt no pain doing that strangely enough. Anyway, funds will arrive tomorrow, closing Thursday.

Well I'm buying a new house for me this week. The Mrs and I have been saving for a long time for some new digs and it's finally going down on Wednesday. We got the clear to close. Pack your bags, we're moving to Summerlin. I didn't talk about it much here but it's been tumultuous

What should I do when I catch a fellow real estate agent in an outright lie, something that is not only a moral problem but also a breach of association rules and ethics?
Should I let it go? Report them to their Broker/Ethics Board? A stern talking to? Kick their ass? Nothing?

In other news LVCC Jr. is 12 and wants a phone for Christmas. Personally I think it's still early but I'm old school. He's already the only kid in his group of friends who doesn't have one. Seriously, we're already the weird kid? Mrs LVCC wants him to get one too. I'm outnumbered
