Anyone looking at Flight radar could tell @Ryanair flight 7383 CPH to STN wasn't leaving on time as the A/C wasn't even on it's way to CPH at departure time. Yet the gate staff weren't informed as they happily boarded the passengers into the gate. Still waiting 3 hours later!

A standard fridge freezer lasts around 12 years, premium brands 16 to 20 years. @JohnLewisRetail own brand lasts 4 years. The facts speak for themselves.

I didn't buy a John Lewis own brand fridge freezer @JohnLewisRetail for £800 thinking it would last only 4 years. Being offered a partial refund is not acceptable as the product is irreparable and not fit for purpose due to a manufacturer fault.

Poor customer service @JohnLewisRetail refusing to replace own brand fridge freezer, which broke due to manufacturers fault after 4 years. I don't want a partial refund, I need a replacement as this appliance has not lasted a reasonable time and is irreparable.

@ryanair take responsibility for the actions of your handling agent at Stansted, they are ruining your reputation - no one to meet aircraft on arrival and baggage taking 2 hours to arrive . Never again !
