@British_Airways Wife still hasn’t got her case after arriving in New Orleans last Saturday. Case has been sent by courier to Memphis and still not arrived.Travelling to Nashville tomorrow and still no case. Don’t understand why BA had to wait 3 days to send case out to USA.

What a shambles @British_Airways flight to Funchal unable to land due to high winds so redirected to Porto and then told they will fly back to Gatwick instead of staying in Porto, 10 hours on plane so far before we get back to Gatwick.

I was denied boarding at Mumbai for my Delhi → Mumbai → London Heathrow → Berlin journey despite holding a valid Schengen visa and being eligible for UK airside transit. Your staff’s incorrect handling of transit rules has caused immediate disruption and financial loss. I am not seeking explanations. I require immediate action:
• Rebook me on the earliest available flight to Berlin via any Schengen route (no UK transit), OR
• Provide an alternative arrangement today at your cost. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this matter formally for negligence, damages, and denial of service. PNR:N6G5JC

@British_Airways My baggage was delayed for about 18 days, I was without it for the whole trip, I had to chase repeatedly, and I received inconsistent routing information. Multiple complaint cases were closed without properly addressing the service failure. Please review urgently

@British_Airways flew EWR via LHR on 16.03. LHR-enquired about upgrade to business, told 2 seats, paid £1740 then told seats hadn’t been reserved before you took my money. Complaint closed with link to faq, called customer services-attitude disgusting, no refund in NY £1740 down.
