IMHO @Moneybox has done an excellent job to report the 'incompetent at best, dishonest at worst' story on @TheFCA. It has reported in a fair and balanced way, not easy given the strength of the evidence against @TheFCA in the report: appgifffs.org/wp-content/upl… This press statement by @appgonifandffs is useful for a quick overview of what this is all about: appgifffs.org/wp-content/upl… And these comments by Parliamentarians shouldn't be ignored by anybody, especially I'd respectfully suggest the members of @CommonsTreasury: appgifffs.org/wp-content/upl… Also, I think the speech by @BobBlackman that he delivered in Parliament on Tuesday also sums it all up very well; and note his concern that @TheFCA may just respond in a defensive way, perhaps trying to infer that 'there's nothing to see here, all our mess has been cleaned up already' when in fact the report makes it crystal clear that the evidence points to ongoing, contemporary 'here and now' issues that show @TheFCA's so-called Transformation Programme has been a failure. appgifffs.org/wp-content/upl… It will be interesting to learn whether those who tune in to @Moneybox just after midday conclude @TheFCA is incompetent and/or dishonest, or whatever they think. The overall purpose of the @appgonifandffs's evidence-gathering exercise was to get the facts about what people think, and its's done that in an honourable way. A salad I made yesterday, but just look at those colours. They are as rich as anything you'd find in my paintings. The blue ceramic bowl just sets everything ablaze. An impasto painting you can eat and it tasted delicious!

Despite the weather we are currently outside @TheFCA’s headquarters for our “Rally for Better Financial Regulation” following their Annual Public meeting that took place this morning from 10am-12pm. We’ve had speeches from @SueFlood52 Jasthi Alom and Andy Agathangelou. Speeches from Paul Birch, Nigel Cairns and Jasthi Alom to come! I'm 62 today and taking stock of what’s happened in my life this past year and where it is heading. Challenging times in the arts. I've never known it so bad. Now is a time to keep friends and family close. Love is more important than ever. In that regard I am richly blessed.
