Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming Rani Gundhu to our One Thousand Trades offices. Always a privilege to catch up with Rani — the longest‑serving female police officer in the UK — and someone whose commitment to public service sets a benchmark for all of us. Our conversation ranged from how we continue to support @WMPolice , to the operational challenges facing policing today, and what’s on the horizon as we move into 2026. As always, Rani brings clarity, perspective, and an unwavering focus on doing what’s right for the communities we serve. Grateful for the visit, the insight, and the continued partnership. Standards rise when people like Rani lead from the front.
