I got sick of AI API markups and cold starts, so I built a routing network. We just brought Qwen 8B down to $0.10/M tokens. I was building production AI tools and bleeding cash on two things: 1) Hourly server costs for models that sat idle 90% of the day, and 2) Insane markups from API aggregators. So, I built Lexora. It’s a routing network that runs inference across trusted community and in-house GPUs to completely shatter standard pricing.
