For creating return request your app throws back a message repeatedly "something went wrong, pl try again". Then you expect that for f0r every single piece of same order a separate return to be prepared. Your customer care is idiotic and unresponsive. Time to Uninstall. Item ordered and delivered. The stupid return process in which one has to create 10 requests for 10 pieces.
