Imperial Mandate is just ridiculously broken now?
There was already some big abusers of it before, they're going to be so cracked after this
I think the only thing stopping it from completely dominating the meta is the statline is unappealing for a lot of tanks/melee supports

Imperial Mandate changes: - Cost reduced from 2400 to 2350 - Blasting Wand replaced by 2 Amp Tomes - AP reduced from 65 to 60 - Immobilizing ability haste increased from 15 to 20 - Damage amp increased from 6% to 7%

@AlkBattery Feels really weird to buff the item quite substantially but still have it in this weird spot where a lot of the champions who would love the passives hate the statline
Just makes Galio god tier, doesn't expand the champions using it much

are we trying to incentivize these champs to build the item by making it hard to ignore? Maybe you just build Imperial and take Aftershock in really bad games, idk

@MoleculeLOL I think it's niche because the champions who want the pure AP it offers, and have multiple immobilising abilities, are a relatively small pool
I think this change doesnt do anything to that and just makes those champions ridiculous

@esportsjatt Isn't the reason global power rankings was introduced was to handle seeding in situations like this?
Feels so weird to ignore that and instead basing it just on First Stand results

Couple of thoughts/questions from the First stand format explainer
Play-in is seeded ONLY based on first stand results. So KC is seeded above World champion T1. I feel like only seeding off First stand and ignoring 2025 results leads to inaccurate seedings

@AuxCasts just want to say that your analysis this road to msi has been uniquely insightful, and i enjoyed them. i was watching with caedrel costream and many times he said you made good points or just vocally agreed with your points, i hope you get to cast bigger series internationally

@dbz_mad No player came out this series unblemished, but to me the most egregious mistakes in this series were not down to him, his Gragas had great engages, his Olaf solidified the series lead and his Rumble teamfighting was great

@AuxCasts @Atlustv @proxywolf WOW, not a talk about oner for POM, not even an consideration and while it was either peyz or oner, DORAN ? he had a bad sereis even for his standards

@dbz_mad I do think Oner played well, the Naafiri was great but I think Canyon also had the Lee and Jayce games where he had a lot more impact

@dbz_mad Peyz was monster fed on Yunara and got caught 2 times in a row in egregious position. He also fail flashes that fight in game 5 where Faker/Oner cleaned up. That's why I didn't personally vote for him even though he has other good moments
