#Devon On the M5, one lane is closed Plymouth-bound between Junction 31 & Junction 30 for emergency repairs on the Exe Viaduct bridge. There is heavy queueing traffic back past Junction 29 & Rydon Lane is queued from the Countesswear roundabout to the Ikea.[MT]
