@StagecoachSW I have just looked at your app to see if the bus I take to home is running to time, it's the 18:10 service 14 Plymouth Royal Parade to Derriford Hospital and the app is telling me as per the screenshot. This happens fairly regularly, can you explain why please

@StagecoachSW can you advise me why customers are being charged the Bideford to Fremington leg of the journey when transferring busses on 21/21A journey from Barnstaple. It should be free but your bus drivers don't seem to know that and keep charging.

@StagecoachSW yet another poor service for the number 3 - 15mins late at 11:20 from Elburton to Yealmpton, and now my return bus 15:19 is 20 mins late so far - which is quite common now, no app updates either Any reason why this service is so awful?

@StagecoachSW according to your app there are no number 12 buses going towards Newton Abbot from Torquay Asda for 40 minutes. If you go with the theory that a bus should be every 12 minutes as YOU advertise that's 3 missing buses 🙄🤦‍♀️. Train for me again I guess

@StagecoachSW 6.55 1 from Horrabridge delayed til 7 with next due 7.05. 6.55 never appeared and 7.05 appears 7.12 and passenger says they were moved to this from 6.55. Why was 6.55 cancelled, as I will now be late for work costing me ££?

@StagecoachSW 21C tracked as sat stationary at Georgeham, why?! Should have left 10 minutes ago! Missed my train to Exeter (again) now- no other option to get an earlier bus. So frustrating. No excuse with traffic this morning, empty roads. Zero reliability from stagecoach.

@StagecoachSW First 21C of the day didn't leave Gham on time (10 minutes late) for no reason whatsoever, no traffic. Just tracked as sat stationary with the BA bus (chatting drivers no concept of time). I've now missed my train due to this.

@StagecoachSW app is useless. Says my bus is cancelled so took time walking up to stop, just to see either pass. Next bus arrives but app says the next is a better service not needing a further chance so I let that pass. That bus then arrives and nope, only goes halfway. 🖕
