@SF_investigates He travels to Santa Barbara a total of three times and out of all the items that they alleged he used during the crime, the only item he decides to get rid of is the ID. This is a horrible attempt at connecting the travel to Celeste de@th! Why didn't he dispose the other items?

One may wonder how #D4vd could be so dumb to leave his cell phone on all 3 times he came out to SR154 in Santa Barbara. The same road Celeste’s passport was found. Maybe he didn’t bring the phone, but didn’t think about the license plate reader. #CelesteRivasHernandez

If key parts of the timeline rely on assumptions the def can challenge those and that is where reasonable doubt comes in.🤷🏾‍♀️

I can't stop thinking about the timeline of the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez as put forward in the pretrial brief. Could the 10:30 PM “where are you?” text messages actually be real, and not a staged alibi? Could Celeste have walked away after an argument upon arriving in the Uber? Maybe those texts from David asking where she was were real, and after he didn't receive a response, he went looking for her, found her, and they ended up driving to Santa Barbara County, where the killing actually occurred? He could have shut her phone off when finding her. In that scenario, her body could have remained along SR-154 for the roughly 12 days until the pool, body bag, laundry bags, and chainsaws were ordered and delivered (May 1 and May 5). It is also worth noting that the pool was ordered after her death, meaning it would not have contained blood from the actual killing. The DA’s version of events is a very compressed timeline: arrival at 10:10 PM, a fatal stabbing, and then being composed enough to send an alibi text by 10:30 PM. That is a 20-minute window. They also claim the trip to Santa Barbara that evening was to start disposing of evidence, however the evidence had not even been purchased yet. The pool, chainsaw, shovel and other items had not even been ordered at the time of the first Santa Barbara trip. There is also the question of storing a body at his manager Josh Marshall’s rental house for 12 days while waiting for tools, with nearby neighbors and decomposition odors likely becoming noticeable within a few days, all while David was out of town and having to trust that nobody would enter a house that wasn’t even leased to him. None of this changes the central point that David is responsible. He killed Celeste. That I am certain of. Like I said the DA is likely correct in their theory. They are working with all the evidence. #D4vd #CelesteRivasHernandez

Yes this is a real account and no I'm not a bot! Yes I created my first account last year, lost the login information and had to create a new account March of 2026. At the moment my interest is the D4VD/ Celeste case! So that's likely all you'll see me commenting on!🤷🏾‍♀️

On April 24, 2025, just hours after prosecutors allege that #D4vd, David Anthony Burke, killed Celeste Rivas Hernandez, his management held a Withered album release party in Los Angeles that began at 8 PM. David then likely took a red-eye flight to New York afterward. All of his managers were likely in Los Angeles for the party. The house that Celeste was “lured” to, according to prosecutors, was leased by his management company. So the question is: who knew what, and when did they know it? April 23 and 24 were not quiet, uneventful days or nights. David had just performed at Coachella, his album was being released, and a party was being held in his honor. There were people around him, and he was the center of attention. It is difficult to believe he had much time completely alone. Who knew what, and when? If you attended the party and this brings back any memory of David or others in his immediate circle acting unusually… If you were at the rental house… If you saw Celeste around April 23–24… Please contact the LAPD Robbery-Homicide Division. If you are willing to speak with me, I will keep your information confidential, except as required for law enforcement. This is about justice for a 14-year-old. Attached is a message referencing the party held just hours after Celeste was killed. Thank you to those who are coming forward now that #D4vd is in custody.

@TracieMae @Lawyeredup1 @SF_investigates Well hopefully they are subpoenaed to testify in court and they're able to confirm that she was picked up at the exact pickup location and dropped off at the exact drop off location during the time frame mentioned by the prosecution🤷🏾‍♀️ otherwise the Uber ride is questionable🤷🏾‍♀️

@joann__marie @SF_investigates Furthermore if it happened somewhere other than the house, and was recorded, the prosecution would have laid those details out in their brief. They didn't. So that theory is off the table.

The prosecution has made a bold claim she was unalived/poked at his home in the garage and David watched her bleed out and later dismembered her with a chainsaw. There should be a substantial amt of forensic evidence 2 support these claims

@Lawyeredup1 @SF_investigates If they can't prove she got in the Uber, another way to confirm she was at the house on April 23rd is with video footage of her going inside the house or perhaps weaker evidence, such as her texting David saying I'm outside/here.🤔

@Lawyeredup1 @SF_investigates A p/up notification doesn't prove that Celeste is the person that got in the Uber. The driver doesn't ask if you're Celeste. They go to the pickup destination and the individual simply gets in the car . There's no id method. So how do we concretely prove she was in the uber ?
