@BadazzGem @SF_investigates I have not seen anything where the prosecutors allege the murder occurred inside the garage, or inside the home, specifically. They believe Celeste arrived at his home and was killed within about 20 mins, though it’s not theorized where exactly on the property this happened.

On April 24, 2025, just hours after prosecutors allege that #D4vd, David Anthony Burke, killed Celeste Rivas Hernandez, his management held a Withered album release party in Los Angeles that began at 8 PM. David then likely took a red-eye flight to New York afterward. All of his managers were likely in Los Angeles for the party. The house that Celeste was “lured” to, according to prosecutors, was leased by his management company. So the question is: who knew what, and when did they know it? April 23 and 24 were not quiet, uneventful days or nights. David had just performed at Coachella, his album was being released, and a party was being held in his honor. There were people around him, and he was the center of attention. It is difficult to believe he had much time completely alone. Who knew what, and when? If you attended the party and this brings back any memory of David or others in his immediate circle acting unusually… If you were at the rental house… If you saw Celeste around April 23–24… Please contact the LAPD Robbery-Homicide Division. If you are willing to speak with me, I will keep your information confidential, except as required for law enforcement. This is about justice for a 14-year-old. Attached is a message referencing the party held just hours after Celeste was killed. Thank you to those who are coming forward now that #D4vd is in custody.

@joann__marie @SF_investigates A strong feeling is hardly proof! The prosecution has made a bold claim she was unalived/poked at his home in the garage and David watched her bleed out and later dismembered her with a chainsaw. There should be a substantial amt of forensic evidence 2 support these claims

@BadazzGem @SF_investigates The prosecution claim she was dismembered in the garage. They have not given a theory on a specific part of the house where she was killed.

@SF_investigates I want to know what the point was of you posting that video and implying it was someone other than D4vd driving that car.

Now that the prosecution has released a briefing for the preliminary hearing in the #D4vd case we are releasing the surveillance footage of the Tesla being moved on July 29th. The driver is lighter skinned, with long hair, wearing a red jersey. #CelesteRivasHernandez

@StephenDjuric01 @SF_investigates David was raised by two supportive parents, in a religious household. I believe his father is a reverend at a Christian church, and David also spent time on social media preaching from the Bible.

@SF_investigates Notice how the perpetrator is Black? Iryna Zarutska had a Black murderer as well. See the trend yet or not, America? African Americans need more guidance. Many were raised poorly without God

@SF_investigates So on April 23 he allegedly stabbed her to death per the coroner's report. And you mean to tell me they found no forensic evidence in the home? No blood or anything? Ok yeah I doubt that. If there's no blood stains in the home then she likely was not stabbed!

@SF_investigates Harvey is going on about being so confused by the “sharp instrument” and saying of course a sharp instrument is needed to dismember a body. There is no way he is that dumb. They seem to be intentionally sowing confusion and attempting to create controversy.

The cause and manner of death for Celeste Rivas Hernandez were determined months ago. As stated in the official press release: “The cause and manner of death were determined December 9, 2025.” The repeated claims by TMZ that the Medical Examiner was unable to determine a cause and manner of death due to the condition of her remains were never accurate. They were waiting on toxicology which they were able to get even in her state of decomposition. I have not been perfect in this case, but I have acknowledged when I was wrong. TMZ, on the other hand, reported that Celeste’s remains were still partially frozen when they arrived at the Medical Examiner’s Office and suggested that David Burke (#D4vd) was only recently arrested because a cause and manner of death had just been determined. That information is incorrect. At this point, nearly all of the information they have put out on this case has been false or misleading. I am glad that the facts are finally driving the narrative in this case. Celeste died by being stabbed by an object(s) that caused two penetrating wounds to her torso and caused a liver injury. Toxicology found she was presumptive positive for benzodiazepines and methamphetamine/MDMA. I have personally spoken to witness(es) who told me that David used hard drugs with them. #CelesteRivasHernandez

I received an automatic "Out of Office" reply from a third-year associate. It said she was "unavailable" for the weekend due to a family reunion. I was confused. I thought she worked for me, not the post office. I called her personal cell immediately. She didn't answer. So I called her parents' landline. I found the number in her background check file. Her mother answered. I told her it was an emergency regarding her daughter's future. The associate called me back three minutes later, breathless. She asked if she was fired. I said no, just missing in action. She spent the reunion refreshing her inbox every 30 seconds. Availability isn't a setting in Outlook. It's a lifestyle choice.

@friskytrtlluv97 @FIKEGR @ivanjbates @ProsecutorsPod @HBO They do not need to compare any result, there is no right to exhaustive forensic analysis. Adnan has never been excluded, he has been convicted. Requesting more analysis of old evidence after a conviction is not in itself a compelling reason.

@PumaStupid @FIKEGR @ivanjbates @ProsecutorsPod @HBO They don't need to test DNA. They just need to compare the results. Nevertheless there are compelling reasons why more testing should be done. Adnan's always been excluded, there are unidentified DNA profiles on several items, there are unidentified fingerprints, etc.

@EvidenceProf @ivanjbates @HBO @ProsecutorsPod In July 2022 she said that she could not recall any threat made against HML. Urick recalls creating the note and that the threat was made by Adnan. This note was made available to the defense in trial.

@ivanjbates @HBO @ProsecutorsPod Respectfully, there's one more thing you need for #FullDisclosure. Did the superstar witness say Adnan didn't threaten Hae? Because if she did, that contradicts Urick and makes the note Brady material whether it refers to Bilal or some other suspect.

@JesseBWatters This just goes to show how quickly liberals resort to outrage and boycott culture. Perhaps that’s why more men are choosing to vote red—because they value common sense and real leadership over Hollywood hype and hysteria.

@USCTrojansFTFO @Undisclosedpod In the podcast Colin and Feldman couldn’t even get straight where the shoes were, and in his desperation to link them to the murder, Colin appears to have forgetten that justices in Adnans case already dispatched this issue.

@Undisclosedpod That’s abhorrent. No, you shouldn’t have access to anyone’s DNA. Secondly, you just lied again! The shoes found in her trunk were not part of the crime scene. Hae’s DNA isn’t even on those shoes. The four DNA profiles found on the shoes were from the soles! JFC.

@thegarethpearce @Someguy2221111 @Undisclosedpod @EvidenceProf Feldmans team materially misrepresented to the court that there was two pieces Brady evidence. There was none, and Feldmans team withheld contradictory information so that the court would conclude in the way Feldmans team desired. That is an extremely bad thing to do.

@Someguy2221111 @Undisclosedpod @EvidenceProf Wow. You seem really angry. Pretty hefty accusations you're making. I'm not sure they make a lot of sense in terms of what her motivations would be for doing that. But OK, leave it to your judicial system to figure out I guess.

@PumaStupid @EvidenceProf @Jdoesntlikeyou @Undisclosedpod Asia apparently offered to perjure herself for Adnan, an offer Adnan years later said he’d have accepted with relish. Adnan’s father obviously did perjure himself. Who is really to say that Adnan would never hope to coax a little perjury out of Dion?

A great point from a redditor on today's @Undisclosedpod: Even if you just take Dion's initial statement when Rabia gave him the floor, the day he describes only could have been January 13th, the day Hae disappeared:
