@BettermentHelp I'm transfering money out of my cash reserve account to close a house soon, but got an email for verification issue. called the support number, but agents could not help and i had to respond to the email. Can someone look into the issue. The ticket number is #3090059

@BettermentHelp I just want to move my money around between betterment accounts. Initiated a transfer on November 7, still pending. 12 business days later. Call and I’m told to expect an email within 1-2 business days. Why can’t this be resolved?

@phillrosen Withdrawals can take a bit longer due to a two-day industry-standard settlement period during which we cannot transfer the funds. Following settlement, the ACH transmittal of funds to your bank account takes 1-2 days, depending on your bank's processing time. Hope this helps!

Its pretty screwed up that deposits to @BettermentHelp are 1 day, but withdrawals are 5 days. I'm sure its not intentional though 🙄

@ywong17 As a note, To protect our clients and comply with regulatory obligations, we require that any bank account that is connected to a Betterment account be owned by that client. We need to confirm ownership when funds are being withdrawn from Betterment to an external institution.

@BettermentHelp @jonstein why in 2023 do you hold up a transfer from one spouses' account to another resulting in an email, then phone call, then another email, then another phone call over multiple days just to unlock the funds to go back to start? Worse than BofA & Citi!

Ultra dysfunctional @BettermentatWrk support ! It is 10 business days now and the support team is still sitting at updating two numbers of 401K contributions ! Even worse, the frontline support guy is consistently unable to give an ETA ! @BettermentHelp

@Betterment Can you please add another column to the checking account that shows the balance next to each transaction? It is impossible to see my checking account balance over time or how it moves as money goes in our out.

@CynicalWalt While this is not something Betterment supports at this time, recently, there has been a lot of internal conversation surrounding the building out of this ability. There is not a timeline for when it will be available, our team will be sure to let you know when it does launch!

@BettermentHelp is there a way to set up multiple reoccurring deposits into one Cash Reserve or Investment account?

Can someone with @Betterment assist? A family that we serve had Betterment report income to the IRS that is NOT theirs They are unable to get anyone from @BettermentHelp to call them back to resolve this potential fraud We have also tried to help them resolve this issue with no success Thank you in advance for the help Also since I started to try to help rectify this problem my social feeds are full of ads for #Betterment  🤦‍♂️ #FinTwit #TaxTwitter
