@pika_nekopanda During the week I drive, but fortunately my office is 10 minutes away on a country road. On weekends I drive to do firework shows and those drives are up to 6 hours each way.

The Application Trail is a hiking trail that goes up the east coast of the US. It is about 3,540km long. It goes over many mountains. The Great Smoky Mountains are a national park near the southern end between Tennessee and North Carolina. It is the most visited park in the US. I have met several Japanese tourists while hiking there.

Japanese X shows up to Americans. We spend 3 days talking about things we love about our culture instead of politics. We also mention how much we fun we’re having and how much happier we are. Much to learn here.

@rfvnh59d62 @chirno_helmet This guy was so cool to talk to. Unfortunately he had a 20mm round explode out of battery and it tore his hand (and the gun) up pretty badly. I hope he's doing well and got both fixed.

Yeah. I went to Knob Creek every event for years until they stopped. Big Sandy is worth the trip. I just hate that it's so much farther for me to go. Definitely go to the fall shoot. Take food and lots of water. Friday is nice because there are very few spectators. Saturday night is the best part. Still, it's nowhere near the madhouse that was Knob Creek. It's a lot more spread out and chill. The firing line goes on forever.

@chirno_helmet @rfvnh59d62 Difficult, but not impossible. Very expensive too! If you get a chance, come to one of the meetups for people with machine guns. They are a lot of fun, especially at night.
