I took photos from Shutterstock (paid) and NOAA (public domain) to make the cover for Joshua. I searched for days on end to find a picture that fit the themes of my story, but it was inexpensive. I’m having trouble finding stock photos for my next book. I’ll need to hire an artist.

Real question... Who do you guys use to make your covers? Or maybe good sites for premades? I have an idea for what I want, but I can't seem to find any premades that are similar.
