No you said the whole NBA knows okc allowed to foul. Then you said coaches called them out so thats why i asked who called them out.
The lakers average one less foul per game than OKC. Boston is called for least amount of foul calls in the league. So is really a major disparity because the overall data isnt adding up to what is being said.
