@EnergyCredit1 There's also the Jan 15, 2025 correspondence between NBH & the SEC. NBH takes the position that the Orogrande should have been fully impaired at the end of 2022. Seems hard to claim damages for losing something they wanted to write down to 0 due to uneconomic wells, etc...
