Anyone who murders other human beings is a criminal. Anyone who aids and abets the murder of other human beings is a criminal. Not all veterans served during periods of active state facilitated bloodshed. Many did, however. Don’t voluntarily serve as the enforcement arm of the military-industrial complex, perhaps?
English

@CATAPEX23 @JoshuaParkhurst @PHirschkorn @grahamformaine Okay so your position is that all living veterans are war criminals.
English

Another packed house awaits Maine US Senate candidate @grahamformaine Platner on a Sunday afternoon in York County. His 207 winter-spring town hall tour. Approaching 40 for the campaign.

English

If you personally committed, or passively facilitated, the murder of an entire generation of people for simply living in and defending their own home, you are 100% culpable. If Graham Hancock killed Iraqis illegally, in exchange for money, he is both a psychopath, as well as a criminal. Period. Congress has not formally declared “war” since June of 1942. If you participate in, and profit from, the murder of indigenous populations of people thousands of miles away from your home, you are both a war criminal and a traitor to the ideals of the American Revolution.
“Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up, and shake off the existing government, and form a new one that suits them better. This is a most valuable,—most sacred right—a right, which we hope and believe, is to liberate the world. Nor is this right confined to cases in which the whole people of an existing government may choose to exercise it. Any portion of such people that can, may revolutionize, and make their own, of so much of the territory as they inhabit. More than this, a majority of any portion of such people may revolutionize, putting down a minority, intermingled with, or near about them, who may oppose their movement.”
- 1848 Abraham Lincoln

@CATAPEX23 @JoshuaParkhurst @PHirschkorn @grahamformaine I'm really just asking: do you think it is going to be productive to declare millions of veterans to be war criminals, without any information on whether they personally committed a war crime?
English

“An estimated over 940,000 people were killed by direct post-9/11 war violence in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, and Pakistan between 2001-2023. Of these, more than 432,000 were civilians. The number of people wounded or ill as a result of the conflicts is far higher, as is the number of civilians who died “indirectly,” as a result of wars’ destruction of economies, healthcare systems, infrastructure and the environment. An estimated 3.6-3.8 million people died indirectly in post-9/11 war zones, bringing the total death toll to at least 4.5-4.7 million and counting.”
- Brown University,
The Nuremberg Trials set a precedent that individuals, whether high-ranking leaders or subordinates, are accountable for all actions taken under state authority.
Almost five MILLION people murdered in their own home country. FIVE MILLION. Who was holding, pointing, and firing the guns? Who was piloting the Reaper drones, and firing Hell Fire Missiles at human beings? Demonstrably, NOT “the leadership”.
I have never murdered a human being in my life - because I have never voluntarily placed myself under a chain of command in exchange for Federal Reserve Notes. You are in chains, to be commanded, for money? A literal Whore; “a mercenary or unscrupulous person : a person who is willing to compromise their integrity or principles for personal gain or in pursuit of something.” - Merriam-Webster
The American Revolutionaries called professional soldiers, in standing armies, “professional slaves”, for a reason…
English

@CATAPEX23 @JoshuaParkhurst @PHirschkorn @grahamformaine Okay so you DON'T agree with that assessment and you place blame on the leadership not the Iraq war veterans.
English

@mctuberville @JoshuaParkhurst @PHirschkorn @grahamformaine If that is what I said, do me a favor, please copy and paste that exact quote below… Waiting.
English

@CATAPEX23 @JoshuaParkhurst @PHirschkorn @grahamformaine I never supported the Iraq war.
Just wanted to verify you really think it's a good idea to call all veterans of the "War on Terror" criminals.
English

Any person who, in a military capacity, willing and illegally enters into another person’s sovereign country, who then willing and unlawfully kills those people in their home (murder, by definition of the term), is guilty of war crimes. The supreme irony of you displaying a Ukrainian flag in your profile is not lost on me.
English

@CATAPEX23 @JoshuaParkhurst @PHirschkorn @grahamformaine Well what I said is what you said: "all veterans of the Iraq war era are war criminals". Or do you disagree with that?
English

The invasion of Iraq was illegal and based solely on an illegally obtained false “confession” derived from illegal torture. The Nuremberg Trials had long since established that obedience to orders is no justification or excuse when soldiers violate international law and commit war crimes. Please respond to what I actually said, and please refrain from just making stuff up because you have no argument.
English

@CATAPEX23 @JoshuaParkhurst @PHirschkorn @grahamformaine No, that's not applicable here. You just trashed all veterans that have ever been deployed.
English

@CATAPEX23 @JoshuaParkhurst @PHirschkorn @grahamformaine Your campaign slogan: "All Veterans are Nazis"
Good luck.
English

@mtvne_ @DavidWolfe Iggy is 78 and was the first true punk rocker. He wore a dog collar onstage in 1970 and gave birth to punk rock.
English

@mctuberville @JoshuaParkhurst @PHirschkorn @grahamformaine He joined a military that invaded a sovereign nation illegally and participated in the murder of those people who were simply defending their home. His actions are way worse than his Nazi tattoo.
English

@JoshuaParkhurst @PHirschkorn @grahamformaine Serious question, do you really believe he's a Nazi? Or are tattoos more important than politics with politicians?
English

@grahamformaine @SenSusanCollins Friends don’t let friends illegally invade sovereign nations, Graham. Everyone gets to live that way. Asshole.
English

If @SenSusanCollins had ever seen a friend die in combat in front of her, maybe she wouldn't be so quick to vote to send more Americans to die.
English

Your “promises” are as insincere and laughable as any other politician, Graham. Wasn’t it YOU who volunteered to kill people in the Middle East, or did I miss something? Isn’t that why the hard working taxpayers are financing your 100% veteran “disability” payments while you crowd surf at rock concerts?
English

To all of those who voted for Trump hoping for an end to stupid foreign wars:
We may not agree on everything, but I promise to never waste your hard-earned money on a pointless quagmire in the Middle East.
Donald J. Trump@realDonaldTrump
The United States has spent EIGHT TRILLION DOLLARS fighting and policing in the Middle East. Thousands of our Great Soldiers have died or been badly wounded. Millions of people have died on the other side. GOING INTO THE MIDDLE EAST IS THE WORST DECISION EVER MADE.....

The more you drink, the more you want to drink. The less you drink, the less you need to drink. Jesus didn’t give his life for you just for you to destroy yourself - if you truly accept God’s sacrifice, then it is an affront to God, to abuse and destroy yourself. Gluttony is a SIN - for a good reason. Are you His humble servant - or are you a willful apostate? Rubber meets the road time, my man. Get well, or go to Hell… Fast. Pray. Lift weights. Walk and run. Get ripped… physically and spiritually.

Update on my personal situation
Back on the wagon!
OK so I haven't Updated you guys in a few days. Things have been rough for me and unfortunately I slipped back into my old habits. But I've checked myself and I'm ready to give sobriety another shot.
My birthday is this week so I know that will be a challenging occasion but hey you gotta try right?
Let's just say I'm working on myself but it's not easy, I'm trying not to put too much pressure on myself but I also must remain aware of not giving up.
Thank you to all who have been supporting me in this battle.
God bless!

Unfortunately, the U.S. Constitution is actually the RESULT of a lack of constant vigilance - the Constitutional Convention was an October revolution and coup d'é·tat by an ultra wealthy cabal - conspiring to substitute a loose confederation of *explicitly* sovereign states, recently acquired from a protracted war with England, INTO a consolidated national government. Patrick Henry, and the other *intentionally* mislabeled “anti-federalists”, have been 100% proven correct in their suspicions and concerns, in retrospect. The Constitutional Convention is, literally, THE most important and crucial aspect of American history - even MORE important than the American revolution itself. The president of the Constitution Convention was none other than George Washington - It CANNOT be overstated how revolutionarily impactful the result of ratification and the implementation of the U.D. Constitution has been on subsequent world history.
“Article II. Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom and independence, and every Power, Jurisdiction and right, which is not by this confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled.
Article III. The said states hereby severally enter into a firm league of friendship with each other, for their common defence, the security of their Liberties, and their mutual and general welfare, binding themselves to assist each other, against all force offered to, or attacks made upon them, or any of them, on account of religion, sovereignty, trade, or any other pretence whatever.”
- The Articles of Confederation 1777
English

@CATAPEX23 @RobSchneider Constitution provides for dealing with those who don’t hold up their end of bargain. Price is constant vigilance, or you get a Trump.
