Before #COVID19 19% of non-fatal disease burden in @WHO_Europe Region was due to #MentalHealth and substance use conditions, costing some 3% of GDP. We can change that in the #COVID19 recovery ahead, where #MentalHealth needs to be front & center #RethinkingHealth
