@BarrettSallee I’ll never understand “conference pride” or rooting for a conference. As a Gators fan I hope every SEC team loses the majority of the time because they are rivals. Imagine Cowboys fans rooting for Eagles in the SB because they are in the NFC. Stupid.

A fellow Republican thanked me last night for explaining why the President’s executive order on college sports is meaningless. But when you dare say the same thing on Twitter, you’re just some “greedy lawyer” who wants to ruin college sports or you must have incurable TDS. 🤦🏻♂️

@TomMarsLaw Notice everyone how mainly lawyers are so upset and vocal about this Executive Order. Why? Because it hurts their ability to coerce athletes into constantly suing the NCAA and teams so the lawyers can make massive money off of settlements and legal fees.

@TomMarsLaw Both things are true, Tom. Trump’s 2 EO’s are directives to get third-party entities like the NCAA/Congress/Conferences to act. Because lawyers have intentionally created this chaos, for profit. You know it. Lawyers want college sports run (amok) by themselves and judges.
