【春。】 私はSMA II型(脊髄性筋萎縮症)という体が徐々に動かなくなる難病と闘って生きています。 春は、出会いと別れの季節。 美しく舞う桜を見上げると、これまでの人生で通り過ぎていった数多くの「顔」が思い浮かびます。 誰しも生きていると良い出会いもあれば、あまり思い出したくない出会いもあると思います。 正直に言えば、私は人との繋がりにおいて、良いことばかりではありませんでした。 私の病気（SMA）や境遇に対して、心ない言葉を投げかけられたり、信じていた人に裏切られたような気持ちになったり。 「もう誰も信じたくない」「一人でいた方が楽だ」と、心を閉ざして、暗闇の中に逃げ込みたくなった10代の頃。そんな悲しみが何度もありました。 人に出会うことは、時に心を削り、深く傷つくことでもあります。 人から受ける言葉に悩み、人の目線に哀しみを覚え、「人間が周りにいるから苦しむんだ」と誰にも会いたくないという気持ちが強くなりました。 ですが、、 そんな絶望の淵で私を引き上げてくれたのも、やはり「人」でした。。 動かなくなっていく体と共に、生きる希望を見失いそうになった時。 私の可能性を信じて、優しい言葉で背中を押してくれた人。。 絶望の底で、何もかもを諦めようとした時。 何も言わずにただ隣にいてくれた人のぬくもり。。 私の可能性を誰よりも信じ、「君ならできる」とずっと応援し続けてくれた人の眼差し。。 一人でいた方が楽だと思っていたけれど、「誰かと繋がることで生きる力が湧いてくるんだ」とその時、初めて知りました。 一人では「自分」を好きになることさえできなかったあの頃、「優しい言葉」で少しずつ自分も生きていて良いんだと思い始めました。 いま周りに会いたくない人がいて、苦しんでいる人に伝えたい。 周りに今そういう人がいる『環境』に自分がいるだけで、日本には、広い世界には「優しい人」「優しい場所」が、本当はたくさんあります。 視野を広げて、良い未来になるように。 新しい人と繋がる勇気を持って負けずに生きてほしいです。 そして、何より悩んでいた10代、20代前半の頃の自分にそう伝えたいです。。 #桜 #出会い #一歩前へ

今朝6時前に3,480gの元気な男の子を出産しました👶🏻🍒スピード出産すぎて🐚も置けず... これはまだまだ序盤だ、こんなもんじゃないはずと陣痛に耐えていたら6cmになっており...助産師さんも私もびっくり！そこから1時間で出てきてくれました🥹ギリギリ立ち会いも間に合った🩵息子の時に似ていて愛おしい

本日幸せの日💞 2,832gの女の子出産しました🥰 5年ぶりの出産で朝からドキドキだったけど無痛分娩凄かったです🥹 無痛なので特にやる事はそんなになかったけど、命の誕生の瞬間に夫に立ち会いをして貰えたのも良かった😌色んな人に感謝でいっぱいです。本当にありがとう🙏🏻

My mom passed away this morning after a horrible battle with cancer. To say I’m heartbroken would be an understatement but I know she’s no longer suffering and in the arms of Jesus and reunited with so many of her loved ones! Please say a prayer for me and my family as we learn how to navigate without the most beautiful human on this planet!
