@tubblog Fortunately as I am not a technician it's easy to avoid talking tech! The aim of my blog was actually to demystify some tech talk for those users who are curious.

@CTTonbridge It's very hard not to talk tech, as it becomes second nature to us geeky types -- but as you've said, it's important we become self-aware of this trait!

@Harrison_IT @tubblog I am with you. The aim of the blog was to give a very non-techy explanation for curious users. The main thing is for users to know when to ask for IT support help.

@CTTonbridge @tubblog We always try and avoid the tech talk whenever possible. Sometimes, it is necessary. Most user glaze over, they want solutions, not the background. We do try and explain in a non technical way, we want our clients to understand. Just like the network at Tubb Towers.
