Many homeless people, the majority in fact, are employed and should be organized as workers. However as the comrade Orb pointed out, communists must organize workers that have labor power to leverage over capitalists (and while doing so, demand liberation for all exploited people). This is the most historically effective and scientifically proven strategy for liberation. A huge flaw of communists today is trying to make struggle *strategies “representative” and “inclusive” instead of ensuring the *demands and gains* are inclusive and representative of everyone. If you organize workers, you will inevitably be organizing homeless people. But organizing homeless people as a *base* can be counterproductive because again there’s no strike to leverage.

I've been talking to a good amount of homeless people just on my time off to propagate communist ideas (and hopefully build a council) and this group is by far the most revolutionary segment of the working class, just completely disorganized

@future_widow @clockstiqqun I think that's a big question in the whole thing tbh. How to link the struggles of workers without a home to workers with? Because they are all ppl exploited through and put in this position by capital at the end of the day

@CatManMarx @clockstiqqun they're the most downtrodden & vulnerable among us by a long shot, but don't they lack the critical economic leverage that the "traditional" working class has over the bourgeoisie?

@CatManMarx Literally not even talking about like smartphones here, the ability to run a literal 1990s mobile to do phonecalls, know the time, and keep it charged or active or not stolen is VERY hard in street communities, and even some non-street-homeless circumstances.

Also in regards to “disorganized” it would be better to say that it is a political disorganization
