I'm an urban gardener. I love it but it cuts food costs about as much as an urban horse would cut transportation costs. It's somewhere between "expensive hobby" and "ostentatious display of wealthโlike the tapis vert of Louis XIV. The best use of urban land is growing *people.*

@future_widow I donโt think I agree but we are constantly divided into groups and pitted against eachother. There is very little effort put into articulating a coherent Canadian identity, in fact it seems actively resisted.

This is a ludicrous position, Alberta is saying that if we ask for ANY climate action, something necessary in the age of global boiling, they are being "forced" to break apart the country. Separatism for the sake of environmental devastation, this is a threat to the world.
