The mechanism: your quadriceps and glutes are the largest glucose sponge in your body. Activating them repeatedly clears more glucose than one sustained effort.
The 30 min walk isn't wrong, it's just not as effective.

It's a severe reaction to getting fat injected into my face. In the early parts of this project, I got really skinny and lost a lot of face fat which makes you look old (never lose your face fat). There are currently very few good ways to rebuild facial fat. I tried one which involved injecting the fat of a donor into my face. It didn't go very well lol
