Turning Point USA and Erika Kirk have now dispatched their high-priced lawyers to send me a SECOND formal Cease and Desist demand letter. They want me to stop investigating the assassination of Charlie Kirk. They want me to stop asking questions about the vetting of TPUSA contractors. They are calling accurate investigative reporting and protected editorial analysis "defamation" and threatening me with lawfare. But as my email reply to their counsel makes absolutely clear...
