Workers can’t get well soon without #SafeSickPay. Today our coalition gave a ‘Get workers well soon’ card signed by thousands to @10DowningStreet & @DWPgovuk To strengthen Statutory Sick Pay the Government must raise the rate & stop plans to reduce sick pay for 300,000 workers.
Today we are the first cleaning company in the UK to become accredited as a Living Pension Employer 🍾 Only 1 in 20 low-paid workers are saving at levels likely to meet everyday living costs in retirement. At CFG we are proud to offer a living wage now AND into retirement!
Good news for a change? Cleaning company @Clean4Good has shared 50% of its profits with their employees! As well as profit sharing, Clean for Good pay living wage, and provide better employment terms, such as day 1 rights. 👏👏👏
