Thanks for reaching out! We have strict guidelines in place for the use of gloves at our stores. Gloves are always required to be worn whenever hands come in direct contact with food. Gloves are also required to cover injured areas or Band-Aids whenever working around food or serving customers. We do not require gloves to be worn when scooping ice cream and serving the customers at the registers because, if the employee is following proper procedures, their hands should never touch the food. @ColdStone What Gives! For Birthday's we always order Ice cream for my kids. This time My 11 year old we order for each person (total of 6), all show up but the Birthday boys Ice Cream. . We call because we understand honest mistakes. . . they can't refund, and said if we want it , we need to come and get it.

Talk about scamming. Ordered a Luv it ice cream basically there medium and what does @ColdStone do they make you a like it ( small ) and just stick it in the medium bowl !!! Who will know

@ColdStone haven’t visited in a long time but thought I’d get a Like It cup to go. Now I will NOT be doing that because you force customers to buy an additional waffle cone and add on additional fees just because someone wants the convenience of ordering online for pickup.
