Well @jsinsbrwneydgrl tipped the @ColdStone kids(b4 she picked it up).The girl there totally ignored her & another kid came from the back & ignored her . They just talked w/ one another. Another person came in and they asked " what their order was?" Too bad you can't get a tip refund .

Dear @ColdStone check ur N Arlington TX store CCTV for a customer that came in at exactly 4pm today to make a purchase & was completely ignored by all employees for 2 full min before walking out. I was only customer in store sans lady talking w employee at first table

With this change from BOGO to $5 Off, customers are no longer required to make an additional purchase to be able to use their Birthday Reward!
