I just found out that Anne Hathaway optioned the rights to a book about a modern tradwife influencer who wakes up in 1855 and has to live the life that she’s been selling to her followers online. I am SCREAMING

So it could be framed as "you served that much alcohol to a drunk person so you're negligent".

attended the book launch for 'the country hates our boys' by mzamo masito because i was bored and on campus for the evening. also wanted to check out the talking points that led to the conclusion arrived at in the title of the book. and oh, jesus be a shield

yeah i had wine but thinking about the book being nationally platformed on such a scale, the bold support from the crowd, the young men who'd arrived with the book in their hands - all during this rise in conservatism and the grip that the manosphere has on the youth? sobering.
