@jennyeclair The bulbs have had restricted growing conditions in the pots so are unlikely to put on a good show next year. You can separate and plant the daffs out in good garden soil. NB Muscari will spread.

Excuse me - advice needed- bought a load of mixed spring bulbs for these three pots- tiny daffs and grape hyacinths mostly- they have been wonderful but now going over - do I chuck them away and use pots for summer bulbs or will they come back?please and thank you

Tulipa sylvestris brings a wilder kind of beauty to spring. It's name ‘sylvestris’ means ‘of the woods’, a nod to the places where this bulb feels most at home. Though not native, it is one of the oldest tulips grown in Britain & has long been valued for its charm and fragrance.
