Let me explain exactly why every new subdivision in America looks like the top photo, because the math is wild.
A mature tree increases a home's value by 7 to 19 percent. On a $400,000 house, that's $28,000 to $76,000. A single shade tree produces the cooling equivalent of ten room-size air conditioners running 20 hours a day. One tree on the west side of a house cuts energy bills by 12 percent within 15 years. The bottom photo is worth more, costs less to live in, and sells faster. This has been documented by the University of Washington, Clemson, Michigan State, and the USDA. The data is not in dispute.
Removing those trees saves the builder roughly $5,000 per lot. Concrete trucks need twice the dripline radius of every standing tree. Utility trenches need flat ground. A bulldozer flattens 200 lots in an afternoon. Preserving trees adds weeks and thousands per home.
So the developer pockets $5,000 in savings and the buyer eats $50,000 in lost value for the next two decades. The person making the decision and the person paying for it have never been in the same room.
The Woodlands, Texas is the proof of what happens when they are. George Mitchell bought 28,000 acres of Houston timberland in 1974 and preserved 28% as permanent green space. He forced McDonald's to build behind the tree canopy. That McDonald's became one of the highest-volume locations in Texas. The first office building, designed to reflect the surrounding forest so you couldn't see it from the street, leased completely.
The Woodlands median home price today: $615,000. Katy, a comparable Houston suburb that clear-cut: $375,000. Named #1 community to live in America two years running.
Fifty years of data. The trees are worth more than removing them saves. Developers clear-cut anyway because they sell the house once and leave. You live in it for 30 years.

After last night bombing bonanza by Iran - no commercial plane is able to land in Ben Gurion International Airport which is damaged. Now all the settlers who were promised free land in the West Bank which they can steal from Palestinians, are fleeing by the land border with Egypt or Jordan, or if they are rich they can charter a private yacht for their family at USD 20,000 to take them to Cyprus island which is about 300 km away. The total urban and industrial areas of Israel is very small - about the size of the city of Paris (100 sq km). With no more interceptors and early warning radars, at the rate Iran is bombing Israel - by 30 March 2026 most building in Tel Aviv and Haifa will be razed to the ground.

At Bovaer var og er farligt for dyr og at noget derfra går videre i mælk, kød og natur, er dog ikke en såkaldt konspirationsteori længere, for med så meget andet, så vidste det sig at være sandt.
Såkaldte konspirationsteorier der ellers nævnes i lektorens blåøjede analyse er Chemtrails, som jo er blevet forbudt i flere lande og stater og derfor hellere ikke længere er en såkaldt konspirationsteori.
Og så er der den dybe stat, hvor at magten ikke ligger i skindemokratiet, men hos skjulte personer der bag. At det er virkelighed og ikke en såkaldt konspirationsteori, har især vist sig de sidste 7 år, ved at landets statsministers regeringsførelse er så ugennemsigtig, at den eneste plausible forklaring er, at andre end regeringen faktisk styrer Danmark. De aftaler Danmark har indgået med FN (FNs agenda 2030) med EU (EUs fit 50 agenda) og med WEF (the great reset) som sideløbende forsøges indført lige nu, som iøvrigt for ikke så lang tid siden også blev kaldt konspirationsteorier, viser også at der er noget bag ved den påståede magt, der styrer landet. Om så disse personer og organisationer, så kaldes den dybe stat eller ej.
Artiklen er også et udskamningsforsøg, fra magtens fortrukne propagandacentral DR (Danmarks radio), imod det eneste systemkritiske parti Borgernes Parti og dets formand lars Boje Mathiesen. Hvilket Lars Boje fint blot har latter til overs for.
Danmarks radio ledes lige nu af Socialdemokratiets Bjarne Corydon. Og om det ligger tanken herfra, at magten holder på magten igennem kukkassen, lige til sidebenet.
Denne vel nærmest dybe stats artikel, viser mig bare endnu mere hvorfor det er vigtigt at sætte mit kryds og hvor der skal sættes. Ikke at jer var i tvivl om det forvejen.
Det bliver herfra en personlig stemme på Lars Boje Mathisen. Ikke fordi at jeg mener at der ikke er en dyb stat, men fordi at jeg gerne ser nogen i Folketinget pege ud hvad der sker, så flere kan få øje for det.
Kollektivisterne ryster i bukserne for tiden og med god grund, for deres mørke tidsalder er ved at være ovre.
Og snart er lektoren i denne artikel arbejdsløs, fordi at nærmest alle såkaldte konspirationsteorier har vist sig at være sande.
