Hi @AmericanAir I've been on the tarmac for about 50 minutes at PHL on 2317 to PIT which should have left at 247p, employees are friendly but their cryptic innacurate explanations of what's happening are downright insulting. We're adults, please communicate honestly.

@AmericanAir Yall are way more concerned with liability than you are with customer service. I'm taxiing now. About 7 hours late. Your communication sucks, but your employee's are nice even though you leVe them in the dark too.
