Our social media team can escalate your complaint to our Customer Relations Department, which responds to emails in the order they are received. It may take a few business days for a response, but you can often reach us sooner by calling 1-800-872-7245, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM (EST), and requesting Customer Relations. Once your trip is complete, we will be happy to escalate your concern further.

My family has been stranded in Bakersfield since March 18 after an Amtrak cancellation. No hotel, no meals, no assistance, and now delayed until March 22. Kids missing school, we’re missing work. Reservation #89AC03. This needs to be fixed. @Amtrak @AmtrakAlerts

I’m glad @Amtrak decided to disconnect our engine after our scheduled departure time so we get to sit at the station longer for no reason :) train has already been here an hour so not sure why now was the right time????

I want to plan a trip for two seniors from Las Vegas, NV to Jacksonville, FL. I know Las Vegas, NV doesn’t have an AMTRAK station and your website offers no way to find which cities/stations can be part of a trip like that. How can I find out all I need to know about planning the trip mentioned?
