They are horrible. Just absolutely horrible. I will never shop there again. This is for the online shop. They need to overhaul their rep's as well. One was horrifying.

Your customer service rep on the phone was awful. Cut me off every time I tried to say something, I wasn't cursing, yelling or anything, I was explaining my problem. She kept saying, is that all? Do you want to order something, cutting me off
