@TUIUK could you please update me on the delayed flight from Tunisa- Manchester, we are currently sat in a hotel reception waiting to hear more information.

@freeCAFC Our flight was meant to be yesterday 6pm, we are now stranded in a hotel in Tunisia with no updates. There was a problem with the brakes yesterday on the runway so to hear they are flying parts out to try fix the plane isn’t very comforting.

Delays caused because Tui are using our flight to drop parts for a broken down plane. Diversion to Tunisia as a result. Poor cabin crew having to explain all this rather than Tui themselves. Lack of communication is poor, no word since 10am
