@CoxHelp been trying to watch content on the ESPN app for 4 weeks now and every time I click on Cox to enter my information, the page goes blank. Every other tv service provider is working fine. Tried calling customer care and they put me on hold and won’t respond

If you’re in Orange County, stay away from @CoxComm - it’s an absolute scam with zero customer service or help, even in store. You can’t speak to anyone on the phone who can help, they send you to store, then store sends you back to customer service. Absolute garbage. Do better.

@CoxHelp explain to me how a contract I signed EIGHT YEARS AGO auto renews with NO NOTICE TO ME of the renewal and no notice provided to me of any new contract. On your website it says I’m not subject to ANY contracts yet when I try to cancel you magically say I have to pay a termination fee due to an 8 year old contract you don’t even show record of?

@CoxHelp It tells me that your company lied and they should refund everybody for the month at this point because nobody should be paying for this. If your company wants their money and wants to keep it and not get a lawsuit, I’d say fix it quick.

Where is fucking Wi-Fi company in the world is Cox cable especially when they sit there and tell you that they’re gonna fix the Wi-Fi and it goes to shit yet again! Not all this bullshit was supposed to be fixed by 8 PM. It’s 11:22pm
