@CoxHelp its already in the DMs greg. been there for 4 years now. its not MY house that's the issue, there was an area wide outage and it was "repaired" yesterday, but it clearly was not. connection/internet is restored, but speeds we are paying for, are not.

@CoxHelp Look all I know for certain is I have disconnects 5 seconds coming out of San Diego before it goes to Washington State before it comes back down to LA. Other people I'm using the same services with out of LA don't seem to have these issues.

@CoxComm this has been an issue for over 3 weeks now. Up to 5 second disconnects. I game on this. Can't get elevated on residential to a level 3 technician or the NOC. The call centers solution is to always send a technician out to my house for $75 even after I had explained it.

Random but is it normal for a @CoxComm @CoxHelp agent to specifically tell me to leave my equipment at the property I moved from due to an agreement with the community, assure me that I will not get billed, and then bill me for $240 a month later for leaving said equipment?

@MichelleBoylan1 Equipment return is an automated process. Fifteen days is given after disconnection to return with no equipment charge. However, just as soon as equipment is received, any charge would be removed. If you needed a few extra days, that would be fine. -Brian

Cox internet fucking SUCKS, let me explain something… the internet cuts every single day multiple times usually around 3pm pst and 8-10pm pst. EVERY DAY. All they ever do is ask you to DM them your info nothing ever gets done. Cox continues to cost me money #FuckCox @CoxComm
