@Innerdevcrypto Good advice, this can trigger a spiritual awakening process in a being, especially the spiraling down into the bliss/relaxation, surrender then surrender deeper then another layer.

The simplest, hardest, but most powerful exercise to stop being stuck and feel contentment & bliss 1: lie or sit down 2: close your eyes and bring your attention to your body 3: Let your thoughts flow by like clouds 4: really feel your body & being 5: automatically your attention will move to areas of tension, pain, discomfort 6: now stay with an area of tension, DO NOT turn away from it, stay with that area of tension/pain/discomfort 7: if you can go deeper into that area, do it, like a spiral down 8: stay with this feeling until it dissolves, can happen quickly or take a long time, do not stop until it is done 9: now feel your body/being again and move to the next area of tension/discomfort, wherever that may be 10: the more you do this, the quicker you will advance It is very exhausting, intense. since your mind is trained to run away from discomfort, to always turn outside quickly instead of turning inside. You are doing the opposite here, moving towards pain/discomfort/tension to dissolve it with your attention & awareness Keep doing this, stay with every feeling of discomfort until all are dissolved, this might take many days or weeks of practice if you are very blocked. This exercise also works to drastically lower feelings of pain, even intense pain. Very hard to allow intense pain, but if you can, it will get less if you do not run from it. Once you feel your entire body/feeling calm, now stay with that calm feeling, spiral down deeper into it, in time you won´t even feel your body anymore, just joy & bliss & contentment 😉

Yes....certain ¨powers¨ appear after realising you are one with everything and actually directly perceive that consciousness is all and not just limited to your small sense of self Any chi gong or tai chi or yoga master will find nothing special about this, these abilities also appear after learning how to cultivate energy as well. It is how you can quickly see if someone has true inner skill or not. No abilities....scam. Abilities...no guarantee for no scam..but less likely that that person is a scam. A feeling that ¨something special about the person¨...very likely a real inner teacher, but always verify for yourself what are abilities (and i have not even gone all the way, 20 years is not that long in a life of inner work): - insane amount of what people would call luck. I call it just being in the flow - very good sense of intuition. Can basically feel what other feel at will - being able to push energy (chi) into people´s body and suck sick energy out of their bodies - being able to read auras or see if entities are hooked on to people, basically astral abilities (prefer not to use this too much in public since i cannot go outside if i do this all the time) - lucid dreaming always active at will - ability to calm people´s energy just by being in their presence - basically hardcore discipline feats: running very long time, extremely long fasts, dark room retreats etc. A more than usual discipline of the mind over body. Strong ability to resist pain, things like that. or as the usual crypto-visitor would describe it: ¨dude, being around you is like being on drugs...never laughed so much¨ this is not to show off it is an invitation we ALL have this inside of us literal gold...lying on the inside...searching outside ourselves for riches while 99% of it lies inside go look for it, you already cary it inside, free for the taking
