I’ve always been a picky eater when I was a kid, nowadays I am only picky when it comes to texture. I don’t like soggy foods, I don’t like mushy foods. It’s just a preference, I don’t like how it feels in my mouth. When I’m cooking for myself I try to always dry the food out to make it firmer so I can eat it. I don’t even like soft ramen noodles. I put the noodles in the hot water only long enough for the noodles to separate and I then eat them so they are still slightly crunchy. Does anyone else have this sensory issue? How do you handle it? The only exception I have is steak, I like it rare but other than that I do like everything else dry.
