That was something different! This afternoon DJ @domwhiting brought his famous “Drum & Bass On The Bike” ride to Sheffield city centre! Despite the rain, and the occasional angry motorist, it looked to be good fun! 🚴🕺🏻 #Sheffield

@CycleSad Just received feedback from the police on this reckless driver: "I have viewed the footage and issued an (NIP) notice of intended prosecution for the offence: Drive without reasonable consideration." Hopefully they will learn how to share the road with cyclists in future.

Just what possesses this driver to overtake this close? They can spend some time reflecting on this when they deal with the police action against them. I turned right 16 seconds later. Completely pointless and very expensive.

Why would I sleep badly? I'm not doing anything wrong, unlike the perps I catch. Stay off your phone, don't drive badly, don't run lights and don't close pass cyclists, and you'll be fine and you won't have to have sleepless nights over dealing with the police, CPS and courts.

Completely irresponsible cycling. Why weren't they wearing a helmet and hi-vis? They also should have had lights on their bike and been using the cycle lane that our road taxes paid for.

A quick call discovers that a #BlueBadge holder is in school whilst someone is using their badge for a City Centre visit. Case open. The parking area and #Accessible spaces are some of our busiest; therefore, misuse will affect genuine users. #RespectTheBadge #Nottingham

@MikeyCycling People who position themselves as holier than thou, often fall on their own sword. As the good book says "Pride cometh before the fall". I find your zealotry for persecution of working people for minor road infringements deeply unpleasant.

"I've no idea what happened - just like the last time I did this." Some people refuse to learn from their mistakes, and the rest of us must suffer.

James May gets it absolutely spot on in this video and honestly it's quite refreshing. I see a lot of parallels with my own driving. It's the zen method - making progress but not rushing. Just because I'm in a car, it doesn't make me better than anyone who isn't in a car.

Mattock Lane, Ealing. Warning: Contains strong language. I approached this driver as he was blocking a drop kerb. I politely asked him to move as he was stopping people with buggies being able to safely cross the road. He wasn't that keen on the idea shall we say. This driver was harassing and distressing me @ealingMPS. What are you going to do about it? Give me another CPN?
