@DangeRuss_ Which leisure centre you at?? I used to go to the #CrystalLeisureCentre but spent more time in the sauna & Steam room than in the gym. Haha

I’ve signed up to a local leisure centre membership to help train for my ultra, I’ve used the pool a few times and it seems only old people use the swimming pools I’ve not seen anyone under the age of 65. That common for leisure centres ?
