ADHD folks, how did you know the meds you were taking was the right or wrong one for you? I’m doing the meds dance right now trying to find the right one.

@MissGinaDarling Just a feeling. Better focus, no side effects (at least nothing that wasn't manageable), feeling "normal" for a change. My appetite and sleep are great. Everything kinda fucked with those so I payed attention to that.
