Under William Ruto, the pattern is becoming painfully obvious: manufacture urgency, amplify panic, then roll out half-baked “solutions” that create even bigger messes. You end up with citizens paying the price twice first for a problem they never had, then for a fix that fixes nothing. It’s policy by improvisation. How do people still not understand how Ruto operates after all this time? Ruto is a simple man. He looks out only for himself. That's it! So if you ever see him pushing a policy, a new change, people to work abroad, affordable housing, privatization, hustler funds, more IMF loans etc. He is getting huge profits from it. He will never, ever, put Kenyans and the greater good first. People are acted shocked to realize he has one of the biggest middle east cheap labor exporting agency. Just apply that formula and you won't be surprised next time ever again. Even if he says he's going to feed the poor in Wajir, I know he'll only do it if there's a way for him to reap profits from it. So nothing surprises me, ata iyo machine ya 1M chapos, if it could have come, he has to benefit along the way. The only thing that's a mystery to me is how someone can be so selfish. Like I don't even do rugby, but if I sit and see a match being played, I'll decide, "I really want that team to win". I thought everyone feels that way.
