You all have seen the drama going on with several large accounts. Another thing that led to the problem X is dealing with is requiring users to have 5M impressions to enroll in the creator revenue sharing program. This led to tons of hopeful users spamming replies under the big accounts for views. As a result, those whale accounts gained unprecedented growth and engagement. So much so that they thought they were more popular than they actually were. If I were in charge of things at X, I would eliminate the 5M impressions requirement. Instead, I would automatically enroll every Premium subscriber in the revenue program, while increasing the minimum payout to $50 and improving enforcement of the creator monetization standards.. At the same time, I would continue efforts to reward original content.

@monetization_x All blocks should be equal. I got blocked by @historyinmemes and that’s really unfair if that alone is damaging my reach.

Many large accounts intentionally use blocking as a weapon. X needs to eliminate the impact blocks have on reach.
